Terms of Service

1. The service

PeakStreak is a fit + life + health challenge platform: you pick challenges, log a daily streak, and track your progress, optionally alongside a cohort. Features may change, improve or be discontinued as the product evolves.

2. Eligibility & your account

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the service unlawfully or in breach of these Terms;
  • disrupt, attack, reverse-engineer, scrape or overload the service;
  • access another user's account or data without permission;
  • upload unlawful, infringing or harmful content; or
  • misrepresent your identity or impersonate others.

4. Subscriptions & in-app purchases

PeakStreak is free to use, with an optional Premium subscription that unlocks additional features and content. [PLACEHOLDER: confirm plans, prices and trial terms.]

  • Premium is sold and billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play and managed via RevenueCat; the store's payment terms apply.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel in your App Store / Google Play account settings.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple/Google under their policies; we generally cannot issue store refunds directly.
  • If a payment fails or a subscription lapses, Premium features may be suspended.

5. Health & fitness disclaimer

PeakStreak provides general fitness, habit and wellness information and tools — it is not medical advice and is not a substitute for professional care. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any exercise or health program, especially if you have a medical condition. You participate at your own risk; stop and seek help if you feel pain, dizziness or are unwell. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for injury, health outcomes or decisions made based on the service.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of content you create (e.g. challenge entries). You grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to operate and improve the service. You are responsible for the content you submit.

7. Intellectual property

The service, including the PeakStreak name, logo, software, design and content, is owned by [PLACEHOLDER: PeakStreak legal entity name] or its licensors and is protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for your own use under these Terms.

8. Third-party services

10. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or meet your requirements.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or loss of data, profits or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited as permitted by law.
